It is miracle - sounds like I am being carried from my home to the airport in no pain!

Let me sum up how I was served today, with the HSBC Visa Infinite privilege:

- Many people were serving me around and I dare not to take photo. So most photos here are cropped from the JetQuay website.

1. Free taxi pick me up at home. (by CityCab)

2. It drove me to the CIP terminal.

- Singapore Airport have 5 Terminals: the commonly used T1, T2, T3 ; the budget terminal, and this exclusive CIP terminal for the JetQuay customers.

3. on arrival, I am greeted by their staffs.

They guide me to the CIP lounge, where I can enjoy tea and snack.

They collect my passport, luggage, and do all the check-in stuff for me.

- I don't need to do anything. Just sit down and let them do the check-in!

4. CIP have their own custom check point. No need to queue.

5. Finally, drove me to the destination gate with their electric buggy.

Here you may have choices (except for the peak hour) -

i. drove to the gate directly

ii. drove to TFS for shopping, then the gate

iii. drove to sky lounge for more food (that's what I did today), then the gate

6. similar JetQuay service will be provided when I am back to Singapore.

I look forward to the next trip with Visa Infinite.
